How it works
The organisation was split into 3 different parties, to make sure that it is run successfully in a smooth manner.
Donors & Fundraisers
We enrolled a team of fundraisers to generate pledges from donors on a weekly or monthly basis. The funsdraisers work to reach a certain goal before it is moved to the community.
Case Officers
Communities have a hand-picked team of well-trained Case Officers who are trusted individuals who are dedicated to sourcing the ones in poverty. Our Case Officers meet with each prospective recipient to discuss their situation and agree the level of regular support they would receive.
They then hand them over the application forms, assist in completing them, and suggest to our trustees with the support they should receive.
The case officer is in constant contact with the recipient and they adjust their recommended donation according to their assessment and understanding of the recipient’s needs.
The charity
The donor cannot choose to whom to give the donation & the recipient does not know by who the donation was given.
The recipient is given a yordex debit card which can only be used for essential or day-to-day expenses. We can monitor the usage of the funds and ensure it used appropriately. so that the money is not spent on. luxury and extras.
All information is kept strictly confidential.

The Grants
The grants are distributed using a prepaid debit card that is preconfigured to be blocked at nonessential shops.
This system has which has many advantages:
